a) Any
receipts of a reservation request by any mode of communication
(fax or email)
or a voucher
is
considered
to be a Service or Purchase Order
for all services
required by the
sender representing
your esteemed company.
b) All
services stipulated would be
arranged and a confirmation
will be sent accordingly.
Please
issue
one
voucher, service or purchase
order for all services
required, clearly
stating the services
to be
provided.
c) Please
address your vouchers/exchange
orders to HMD Tours & Travel
Sdn Bhd - Labuan
» Cancellation & Alteration
a) Cancellation
fees are levied by HMD Tours & Travel
for:-
- Cancellation
of vehicle requirements within 72 hours prior to arrival
- Cancellation of tour requirements within seven
(7) working days for private FIT tours.
- Cancellation of accommodation reservations within
72 hours prior to check-in date
- No cancellation advise will be considered as no-show
and full cancellation fee of the
tour
cost will be applicable
b) Any advice of cancellation received by us will be acknowledged accordingly.
It should be noted that
if you did not receive an acknowledgement
from our office, it must be presumed that we did not
receive the notification and
that all arrangements are still being held.
c) Hotels, carriers, restaurants, contractors and other service suppliers will
charge cancellation fees,
which vary depending on circumstances.
d) If
suppliers bill cancellation charges, HMD Tours & Travel will
in turn bill you the same.
HMD
Tours & Travel cannot be held responsible for these charges even
though special
circumstances may exist.
» Rates – All
the rates in this tariff are nett in Malaysian
Ringgit
(RM).
» Terms of Payment
- Prepayment of 50% of total package price is required
14 days after confirmation has been made
and
full payment need to be settle at least 3 weeks before
schedule arrival.
- This is not applicable if a separate credit or
floating deposit agreement has been established
» Mode of Payment:
Direct bank-in to our Malaysia bank account as
per detailed below:

» Insurance
All quotations prepared by HMD Tours & Travel
or their contractors are insured in accordance
with local regulation
in force. However,
your clients are well advised to obtain personal
baggage and
accident insurance coverage.
Please refer
to the LIABILITY clause.
» Coverage & Acceptance
a) All
quotations prepared by HMD Tours & Travel
are subjected to the terms and conditions
stipulated above
irrespective of their inclusion in the
quotation.
b) HMD
Tours & Travel reserves the right
to vary the terms and conditions at any time
it deems
fit without the
need to inform the contracting
party.
» Liability
HMD Tours & Travel acts only as an agent for
transportation companies, hotels, car operators
and all other
contractors (herein collectively
referred to as “Contractors”)
and therefore they and their agents do not
accept
any responsibility
for;
a) Any acts, omissions, faults or negligence by
the contractor resulting in injury, damage or loss
to
person or goods, accident, changes of schedule
or other irregularity.
a) Any cancellations of the journey, deviation
or delay due to unforeseen circumstances, natural
disaster
or act of God.
